Target Service Groups

The Association aims to provide differentiated services to members, students and the public community.

1. Members
   • Training courses and seminars;
   • ADR training;
   • ADR experience building activities will be held for members to acquire knowledge and experience for the progression to an ADR practitioner.
2. Students of Masters degree in Arbitration and ADR programme of CityU
   • Mentor system will be organized.
3. General Public and Professional Institutions

Technical talks will be held to promote ADR within the community in areas where ADR is a cost effective means of dispute resolution mechanism e.g. consumer and financial markets.
