The process of resolving disputes are complicated, whether it is civil litigations, mediations, or arbitrations. This seminar will cover:

1) Negotiation Theory and Business Negotiation
2) Assisting clients in shareholder Disputes
3) Applications under Section 168A of the Companies Ordinance
4) Mediation of Shareholder Disputes
